30-Day Return Window
Returns or exchanges accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions

  • Pajamas must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached.

  • Pillows must be unused, in original packaging (compressed bag if applicable).

  • Due to hygiene, we cannot accept returns on opened pajamas or pillows that have been removed from protective cover.

Defective or Wrong Items
Contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will replace or refund fully.

Non-Quality Returns
You pay return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Refund is for product cost only.
Pillows (large/oversized) may incur a restocking fee – see checkout notice.

Exchange Process

  1. Contact customer service with order number and reason.

  2. We provide return instructions.

  3. Ship back (keep tracking).

  4. After inspection, new item ships within 5–7 business days.

Refund Timing
5–10 business days after we receive the return.
